The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and will allow you to assess how Pennoyer School is doing in terms of

Collaborative Teachers
Involved Families
Supportive Environments
Ambitious Instruction
Go to https://illinois.5-essentials.org click on "Illinois Take the 5 Essentials Survey Here" then click on Parent Survey, Start Here, Type Cook for our county then highlight Cook, then type Pennoyer and click on Pennoyer, then click on "yes" and then login to begin the survey. Once you have finished, click Submit Survey.
